It pays tribute to one of the great Dutchmen: the humanist Desiderius Erasmus of Rotterdam on the 500th anniversary of the publication of his greatest work, The Praise of Folly (Lof der Zotheidor or Moriae Encomium), a satirical critique of society and the Catholic church.
